If you are making your reservation directly with us, we request 50% deposit payment sent to us either through Venmo, Zelle, Wise or as a direct deposit to our Mexican or US bank accounts. Exceptions are Christmas and Easter holidays when we ask for a full payment.
The deposit is fully returnable if the cancellation is done no later than 10 days prior to the arrival date. Please let us know before sending your deposit to finalize your booking to make sure we can accommodate your needs.
Your stay at Ocean Oasis Hotel includes a freshly prepared breakfast, with other meals available for purchase on site. Let us know prior to your arrival about any allergies you may have. We do our best to accommodate as many reasonable dietary requests as possible.

• Transport to and from the airport. You can book and pay for this through us in advance and we’ll have our car or taxi waiting for you upon your arrival.
• Soft drinks, sparkling/bubbly water and bottled water
• Alcoholic beverages. A selection of Mexican and European beers, as well as other alcoholic beverages, including wine, vodka, rum, mezcal, tequila and cocktails are available for purchase at very reasonable prices from our bar.
• Lunch and dinner are available for an additional fee, prepared by our on-site chef. Playa Agua Blanca, within walking distance, offers a variety of beachfront restaurants. We’re also happy to recommend other dining options in the area that can be reached by car or taxi.

Please note the following:
• We have a 3-night minimum stay.
• Bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
• All casitas (cottages) feature a king-sized bed and a maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• Please email us to inquire about single-occupancy room rates and availability.
• Ocean Oasis Hotel is open for business all-year-round.
• We are an adult only resort, all guests must be 18 years or older.

The remainder of your balance is due at your arrival date. Exceptions are Christmas/Easter/Semana Santa holidays when we ask for a full payment.
The deposit is fully returnable if the cancellation is done no later than 10 days prior to the arrival date.
• Bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival, and bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• The deadline for cancellations is 10 days prior to your arrival date. Customers who cancel before the deadline will receive a full refund of their deposit. Customers who cancel after the deadline will lose their deposit.
Our Ocean Oasis Hotel is a boutique property with only four rooms and for this reason we must adhere to this policy as we may not be able to fill your room should you cancel after the cancellation deadline. In addition we purchase the food specifically for your stay.
• Ocean Oasis Hotel is an adult-only establishment. In order to provide a tranquil environment for all of our guests, no children under the age of 18 are allowed under any circumstance. If you arrive with children you will not be allowed to stay at Ocean Oasis Hotel and your reservation will be treated as a cancellation, resulting in the loss of your deposit. We will do our best to help you find other accommodation nearby, but our 18 and over policy is strictly enforced.
• Ocean Oasis Hotel (“The Company”) does not assume responsibility for those inherent risks which may cause unfortunate accidents or incidents during ordinary travel conditions. The Company will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes.
The Company will use all due care for the provision of its services and activities provided to guests. Guests participate in activities and use services at Ocean Oasis Hotel at their own risk. No liability or responsibility is accepted by the Company for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from involvement in any activities or provision of any services howsoever suffered. The Company will not be liable for direct or indirect losses, arising from any such injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, or expense including consequential loss or economic loss however caused.
• Please take note, we are quite away from a large modern hospital, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions please plan accordingly.
• Rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 guests.
• No outside visitors are allowed on the premises. Exceptions can be made.
• No outside alcohol is allowed to be consumed at Ocean Oasis Hotel.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Other smoking areas are available.
• The bar closes at midnight. We ask that you be considerate of other guests staying at the resort.
• Check in is 15:00 and Check out is 11:00. Should you arrive early or leave late, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Reservations during the Christmas/New Year’s holidays, as well as during Semana Santa (week before Easter) must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Booking during this peak time is first-come first-served. Promotions and discounts are invalid at these peak times.
